This commercial center provides an environmentally conscious design that exemplifies Austin and falls in line with the owner’s ethos for the SXSW festival. Located on a compact urban site, the 13-story office exemplifies low-impact design, innovative water quality treatment, and specialized attention to tree preservation. Native planting, structural soils, silva cells and a low water-use irrigation system helped earn the project LEED Gold certification.
