A design collaboration between Alterstudio and Hocker Design Group yields a stunning spatial environment. Initially conceptualized to seamlessly connect interior rooms with outdoor spaces, the project has a graceful cadence. High level material quality, expression of the surrounding grade change, and attention to detail create a strong connection to the adjacent landform. Perched near the top of City Park Road the project has stunning views of downtown Austin, Pennybacker Bridge, and Lake Austin.
